Other: There have been several instances in downtown Bloomington on College and Walnut that vehicle drivers are completely ignoring the traffic signals and going thru intersections that have solid red lights at high rates of speed. I use the crosswalks downtown almost everyday and no one is monitoring traffic. Someone needs to start monitoring the rate of speed and running redlights downtown.
