As a part of PUD 10-98, Rogers Farm Parcel F, an agreement was to be recorded that indicated that on the termination of the Life Estate for the parcel, the property would be transfered to Rogers Group, who will then dedicated 40 Ft of RW along Moores Pike. It does not appear that any of that occured. Without RW, Engineering will not be able to construct a new sidewalk. At this point, any damage to an existing sidewalk is the responsibility of the adjacent property owner.
