We temporarily removed the left-turn arrow from Rogers onto Patterson because construction can require drivers to use the left-turn lane to go straight. Left turns are still allowed, with drivers yielding to oncoming traffic. We plan to restore the usual turn operation when the construction lane restriction ends.
