Other: There is a tree thats been cut down and left in our front yard making it impossible to get my trash bins out for pickup w out lifting it over logs. Its been since Sunday morning that its laid out there and idk if its the city or landlord thats responsible for the cleanup?

Jeremy, This is a private tree that is in the yard. It is not hanging over the street, but I am sending it over incase HAND has any jurisdiction over this one.
