Other: There is a white van with red striping parked on the street. It has not moved in the almost two months I've lived here. At least one of the tires appears to be flat. My neighbors have noted they have not seen it move either and they don't know who it belongs to. It is taking up a substantial amount of the street parking for residents/tenants who live on this street
