Other: The phone at Community Ford/Nissan/Jeep (I'm not sure from which building it comes) is connected to a loudspeaker and rings any time of day or night. It can be heard very clearly from my house in Broadview. It can be extremely annoying. This has been an issue for years. Surely there is a better method with the technology that we have today.
