Other: The easement on the south west side of the roundabout in front of Bentley Court is so overgrown that the vegetation is impending on the sidewalk. Additionally, it is impossible to walk a bike up the hill next to the sidewalk because of the vegetation. The steps continue to pitch steeper and steeper each years. Please investigate who is responsible for clearing this overgrowth and devise a plan to build and accessible path to connect the paths along Winslow to the Jackson Creek Trail/High Street Trail
