Other: The bridge closed to vehicular traffic that carries the Greenway from Walnut St to the B-Line on Allen has been used for sleeping and camping. Last week there was a mattress and sometimes a sleeping person on the mattress, right on the bridge with bikes dodging them. This week there has been a tent erected in the right-of-way further encroaching bike traffic. Also, that bridge and the approaches on either side, is full of broken glass that takes a toll of bicycle tires.
