Other: 509 is my neighbor. She has 4 dogs i think. She let's them out 2 at a time. She leaves them in the excessive heat for 30 minutes to an hour without water that I can see. She let's the dogs bark so much thats it to the point of nuisance. She let's them out around 7 and the bark and wake myself and my partner, every morning. The dogs are out for long periods of time barking excessively with no correction. She just brings in two dogs and puts the other 2 out to do the same. I am on disability and I am often in bed trying to relax chronic pain and migraines away and I am constantly disturbed by her dogs. She is a bad dog owner.
