Other: A basketball hoop was installed down the street from my residence. The court is the street. Not only has it caused a disturbance in my household due to incessant noise, but I’ve witnessed multiple cars now honk at the child while trying to get through. It is entirely unsafe and a hazard for the child and drivers. There are also parked cars where the hoop was installed. I have asked the two residences closest to the basketball hoop if they could remove it but they said it was owned and set up by a family that doesn’t even live on our street nor were they asked permission. They have also noted concerns. This is not only an issue with noise but is an issue with safety for many.
