Other: This house is a hoarder house . Several houses in immediate vicinity are starting to have problems with rats . We are not certain that 823 is sole source but neighbors have seen rats scurrying around that property and there is visible food waste on front porch . God only knows what is in that house . We know there is only so much city can do in regards to this matter but is it possible to put out some traps for rodents on the alley and around house . I have not seen John the owner for quite some time , so perhaps it is currently abandoned ?
