Other: I live at 417 South Anderson. Since we brought the property in 2018, we have experience significant runoff during rain events from the neighboring apartment complex at 413 South Henderson. There is a small curb on the south side of their parking lot, which only partially redirects the rain runoff to the alleyway on the east end of my property. That rain runoff has eroded away both the asphalt in the alley, and the gravel in my parking area. We have filled the hole back in with gravel a few times a year since we purchased the property, but the problem continues after any significant rain event. There is now a small ditch on the edge of the asphalt in the alley and my parking area. Can something to done to alleviate this ongoing problem? Thank you
