Drivers stopping on Ridgeview can carefully pull forward beyond the stop sign to obtain a view of traffic on Sunny Slopes. Based on the current conditions, staff is not recommending an all way stop at this time. However, we identified a tree limb affecting the visibility of the existing STOP sign and will notify the adjacent property owner that it must be trimmed. We also found that the STOP sign is faded and have requested that the Street Division replace it. Thanks!
