Other: There is a rental house that is being inhabited by 11 people. There are significant code violations that concern safety and habitation. There are wild bats flying around the interior of the house; there are downed high-voltage power lines; there are holes in the walls, ceilings, and other places throughout the house; there are no smoke detectors, nor are there carbon monoxide detectors. It is of the utmost urgency to have this place inspected. We have tried to work with management, and they are negligent in their response and concern.
