Other: There are three trees on this property that are not healthy & have dropped limbs in the past. Recently I've been in communication with an arborist who recommends their removal. Can a Compliance Officer respond please inform me on what is the best way to proceed?

This is not a rental property so it is out of HANDS purview - since it is a bank owned property, tree removal would be a private or civil matter.
