Good morning, Ms. Stafford. Your mother would need to apply for a new service at 1504 S Olive St. She may contact me directly at 812-349-3689 or via email at [email protected] to obtain the application form to start this process. The connection fee (payable to CBU) would be $4,308. Your mother would be responsible for hiring a plumber/excavator to complete all of the required work apart from the water & sewer taps and setting a new water meter pit on the 1504 property. I am happy to go into more details should she wish to move forward with getting the services separated. Thank you, Tonia Lucas
