The property owner submitted photos and a video of the light at the property at night. It no longer appears to be blinking. The light above the garage door is motion sensor activated, so it is possible the light was turning on and off due to a nearby animal. Planning staff communicated with the property owner via phone call. They are going to take a look at the problem light and fix it.
