Thank you for reaching out about the B-Line crossings. I agree that the expectations should be clear to people using the trail and to drivers crossing it.
My understanding is that at most B-Line intersections, trail users are required to stop before crossing, while drivers are required to yield to trail users who are entering or within the crossing. There are a few locations, including 7th Street and Moravec Way, where the traffic control is different and drivers are required to stop.
Could you let me know which intersections you've noticed where the signs or expectations seem inconsistent? That would help me better understand what you're seeing and determine whether there are specific locations we should review.
