Nuisance Lights:

Other: The lights for the cars going east and west do not turn green at the same time, the one for cars going west turns green first. Since the cars turning onto College do not have a green arrow, they are waiting for the cars going east to drive first, but those cars don't have a green light yet. I've been honked at and waved at several times from the west cars waiting to turn onto College, but I don't have a green light to go. Please make the lights turn green at the same time, or give the cars going onto College a green arrow.

We will also be uncovering the sign that reminds drivers turning left to yield to oncoming traffic. These changes should make the operation clearer and reduce the conflicts you described.
