Other: Except for maybe two (entrance and leasing office), all of the street lights in Oakdale Square Apartments have been non-functional since April. This is a violation of Unified Development Ordinance, Section 21.301.07. Failure to maintain street lighting poses a safety risk to residents and pedestrian and increases the risk of property crimes.
