Debris Removal (Sand, General Street Debris):

Other: A couple days ago, some machinery had an oil leak and appears to have been covered up with something like kitty litter. No further action has been taken to remove this litter and the remains of the leak are being driven over and spread and ultimately the litter will wash into the nearby creek in Moore’s Pike
