Potholes, Other Street Repair:

Other: Immediately north of the SE corner, there are two holes in the street crosswalk, both of them presenting danger for pedestrians. One is a rupture in the road. The other is a small "manhole" (the type for utilities) that is missing its cover. Please fix!
