Other: Hello. I've reported this before. When people are turning left from the Bypass onto 10th, it's hard to see where to turn. Last week someone made a left into the oncoming traffic lane. We were driving East on 10th, with one car in front of us, just after going under the RR tracks, in front of Tulip Tree apartments. The car in front of us saw the oncoming car in our lane and stopped. The oncoming car then pulled over to the correct lane. I'm guessing it was someone from out of town, here for IU new student orientation. There needs to be better markers or signage or upright poles or something to indicate they have to turn into the 3rd lane, to the right of the tiny median. Or paint the median bright colors. Something, please? Thank you.
