I believe all utilities responsible have been notified. From what I understand a work ticket will be submitted and the items will be addressed within a month or two. I am going to keep this open as a reminder to return and confirm these items are addressed.

Went out and collected pictures and what owner information was available. Will be reaching out to providers to determine ownership on the unlabled units.
