Other: Accessibility issue and lack of closed sidewalk signage. People have been walking through this active construction zone and stepping in wet asphalt. Someone with a mobility aid is not being properly informed of the sidewalk closure and would not be able to get around.
This has been resolved. Signage in place.
Cheyenne, not sure why the contractor didn't put out signs directing people around these obvious safety issues (people who are blind could take a nasty tumble into these).
