Other: When i'm running westbound on Allen street, I push the button that activates the yellow blinking lights that stop the northbound traffic on south walnut, so I can safely (using the crosswalk) cross to the traffic median/island. There I press another button that should activate the yellow blinking lights to stop the southbound traffic on south walnut so I can safely cross To the westernmost side of south walnut. When I press that second button in the median/island (the northern most button on the median) it does not activate the lights that would stop the southbound traffic. It reactivates the lights that stop the northbound traffic, which does me no good.
