Other: In follow-up to #211031(5/28/26) which referenced the pothole on the northwest edge of Kirkwood and Elm. Many potholes were filled in the surrounding area, but this was not.
This one is problematic because in turning from Elm onto Kirkwood there is no way to safely avoid it.
