Other: The curb is no longer sufficient to channel water into the nearby street drain. 2002 Ashwood Lane is located at the bottom of a hill where water from all of the Ashwood development, in The Stands, flows. The curb has been eroded away, and the majority of the water now flows into the driveway before reaching the city street drain. The result is flooding in the driveway and property of 2002 E Ashwood Lane. The curb needs to be repaired or rebuilt to handle the flow of water runoff to appropriately reach the city sewer drain.
