Other: 715 West Dixie Street. Overgrown yard. Was reported by my next door neighbor, Liz Roberts, also. We filed a complaint last year but Mr. Arnold said it was natural growth. Please re visit this and take some action this time. Thank You.

The front yard is naturalized and not a violation of Title 6. If there is a concern about overhang at the property lines, then the neighboring owner can trim back to the property line
