Thank you for your message. The City is aware of this property and enforces code here and elsewhere as possible under the law. However, the law does not always provide an avenue to address every concern raised by the public. We understand that it's frustrating for neighbors, and unfortunately there is not always a way for the City to intervene. We continue to investigate reports on this property and others, and to enforce code violations as possible.
