Scooters, Bike-share and Related Issues:
Other: Two Bird scooters were abandond on the sidewalk in front of our house last week. My husband filed a report on August 8 and spoke to someone at HAND, who submitted the information, and it was assigned to Jeffrey Jackson. My husband left several messages to Jackson's office over a period of a couple of days to let him know the scooters were still there. Eventually, only one of the scooters was picked up even though they were parked next to each other. As I'm writing this, the scooter is still there. I am concerned because parking a scooter on a sidewalk is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. If nothing is done today, I will contact the Mayor's office with my concern.
