The cars being parked on both sides of the road/cross-corner from each other creates challenges for larger vehicles. Pedestrians in wheelchairs would need to go on the street to get through. Also, emergency vehicles would have trouble getting through. It is difficult to access the alley or leave the alley. The parking situation next to this address is unsafe on most weekends and many weeknights.
