Other: What the heck? Surely this isn’t the way this is going to stay? Your guys came out but only trimmed the edge by the stairs. This has not looked this bad since we moved in 3 years ago. Please either explain your plan or send out another mowing crew.

Thanks for the report, but this isn't a Parks and Recreation facility -- I believe this is a neighborhood/HOA area.
