Other: Us residents in Broadview are having more and more issues with this homeless camp behind the IMI concrete plant. There is trash everywhere, shopping carts left in the street, people yelling at all hours, people burning trash every day, people trespassing, and now fights are breaking out. The groups that have been there lately are more aggressive and it’s starting to get out of control. Why the city is condoning this as the spot to throw the homeless is beyond ridiculous and why is there no police presence? My neighbors called the cops last night about the fight that broke out and I don’t remember seeing anyone show up. Why is this camo being allowed? Why is it not being monitored with a higher police presence? Why are we the ones that have to deal with this mess? And why is this being allowed so close to a neighborhood that is now making everything unsafe in this area? Please, do better than this. It has gotten way out of control.
