Other: Regarding the work on the railroad bridge on north Adam street. This evening, a car came south through the construction area under the bridge. The driver got out and moved the barricade on the south end of the construction area just enough to pass and drove through headed south. Later, since that barrier was moved, a car went through that construction area headed north. It seems they are going under the bridge on the west side since there are supports under the east side, where the work is being done. I believe a third car drove into the constriction area then turned around before going under the bridge. These occurrences were between 9:25 pm and midnight.
