Hello, thank you for your report. Staff investigated this area and we are able to confirm that the plant is not poison hemlock. Instead, it is the invasive groundcover Goutweed (Aegopodium podagraria) which someone has intentionally planted. While both species are in the carrot family. poison hemlock is a much larger plant with a tall flowering stem and various other distinguishing characteristics.

A supervisor looked into this and couldn't find anything in Streets jurisdiction. He is thinking it could be along the B-Line.
