Other: A tree branch has broken part-way off of a tree at the corner of Third and Jackson. We were able to move it so it is only blocking the sidewalk and not W 3rd Street, but it should be removed, since it is still connected to the tree. If we have a lot of wind, it may swing back to blocking the street. Thank you.
