I'm sending this on to the street department because this is on the multi-use path on Sare, but I will say that if you'd like to contact us to become an adopt-a-trail volunteer and help take care of little things like this when you see them, we would love that! I'm sure the Street Dept would welcome the assistance as well, even though this is a little beyond the parks boundaries.
