Other: Can the Bloomington Police patrol the Rail Trail and stop the electric motorcycles racing up and down? On Friday evening I was riding a regular bicycle north to Food Truck Friday when a group of 4 kids on electric motorcycles came south on the trail at a high rate of speed. They are passing close at high speed next to people they overtook going south. They were not yielding space to northbound trail users. These electric motorcycles aren't allowed on trails. They need ticketed and impounded for the safety of everyone.
