Other: Every time that I have used the women's restroom by the baseball fields that are used for soccer, there has been no soap in the dispenser. I generally only use the facility right after it has been unlocked, so I'm sure it's not that the soccer and baseball players have used it all. We would all like to have clean bathrooms, but it's hard to get people to treat the facility with respect when there are recurring basic problems like this.
