Hi Jimmy, Thank you for reaching out about your recent service disconnection. I understand this situation is frustrating, and I want to clarify the process. On April 29th, notices about the pending disconnection on May 6th were sent to the email address and phone number listed on the account. On the date of disconnection, customers must contact Customer Service by phone or email after making payment to confirm the payment and request service restoration. Although payment was received, our office did not receive notification before the disconnection was completed. To help avoid future interruptions, please contact Customer Service immediately after making a payment if you have received a disconnect notice or to request an extension of the payment due date.
