Traffic Signals:
Other: When trying to turn left from Kimble Dr. onto 3rd. St. it takes multiple pedestrian light cycles to recognize there is a car there. Often the main 3rd. St. light will only change if someone is trying to turn right. This has happened on many occasions with adjusting the car to register the weight sensor.
