The Parks irrigation guy is working on the water all over the park system. Usually it doesn't get turned on until sometime in May. He has to be careful of late freezes which would absolutely crack the pipes. Separate issue, is there's a small leak in the fitting. That should be fixed soon. The water should be turned on sometime in the next couple weeks.
