Planning staff observed two vehicles parked compliantly on an improved surface (the driveway off of the alley) at the property. The vehicles appeared to be operable, but one vehicle's license plate was expired. Planning staff will reach out to the property owner regarding the vehicle which is not currently licensed.

As of 09/30/2025, all violations of Title 20 of the Bloomington Municipal Code were resolved at this property and the enforcement case with the Planning Department was closed out. At that time, the prohibited outdoor storage of materials had been removed and all vehicles were in operable condition and parked on the improved driveway along the alley. Planning staff will add this to our list to reinvestigate to see if the violations have resumed and will restart enforcement if warranted.
