Other: The historic sidewalk in front of 610 W 3rd St. has one limestone 'tile' that is so sunken/broken that a person was knocked out of his electric wheelchair yesterday and lost his wallet down into the storm drain. He was not terribly harmed, though he was stressed about the possibility of abandoning his wallet 'till the morning when the City could come but luckily I was able to retrieve the wallet. The sidewalk needs to be repaired (even just that low spot) immediately. Thanks, Jaclyn
