Other: The area by Governor Park Apartments and the mobile trailer court behind it reaching towards 5665 North Lenzy or from Harbison Road area. I cant locate an exact location but once a week around 11pm and 12am there is a strong trash burning smell/ Bonfire. So strong. Very strong. Very black smoke
