Other: I live on South Washington near Hillside, and I keep seeing people driving North (the wrong way). It has happened about 6 times just in the last week, and that's only with limited observation time. Either people are just turning the wrong way on purpose or they aren't seeing the "One-Way" sign. It's barely visible (very dirty and hard to see) on the East side of the street at the corner of S Washington and Hillside. Once people turn onto the street, there are no other signs to indicate they are going the wrong way. I'm concerned that there will be accidents if signage isn't improved.
