Other: The asphalt is largely missing in one part of the alley that runs between 508 and 514 N Washington Street (alleyway from Washington to Lincoln). The dangerous section is next to the garage for 508 N Washington, where the road is steeply inclined and the asphalt on the south side is broken up and washed away.
