Other: Caller to HAND reporting a large tree between his property and the neighbors has fallen and blocked the sidewalk and is concerned for safety of those passing near/under a large branch. He thinks that this may be a City-responsible tree and would like to be contacted by phone for follow-up.

Hey Haskell, I ran out there this morning then spoke with Reza on the phone. The tree itself hasn't fallen but did drop some large branches. It appears to be the silver maple #27819. Reza would appreciate a phone call once an assessment is made!
