Potholes, Other Street Repair:

Other: Fire hydrant was replaced about a year ago (opposite side of 1525 S. Sare Rd) and Street was never properly repaired or paved over...just keeps getting bigger over time and is potentially hazardous to Southbound Traffic...Filled this out a couple weeks ago and no response...Please at least acknowledge...Thank you!
